Coding is the key
The charge for a specific patient is determined by three factors:
- The indicated services provided;
- The physician's documentation of the services; and
- The expertise of the individual coding the chart.

Our coding specialists review the documentation on each chart, verify the completeness of the chart documentation by the treating physician, assign all ICD-9, CPT and HCPCS codes which are applicable.
